Moore v. Preventive Medicine Medical Group (178 Cal.App.3d 228)
Our client suffered the loss of a portion of an ear, and advancement
of lymph node involvement, as a consequence of the failure to diagnose
and treat a melanoma. William Newkirk took this case through trial.
The verdict was $738,000.

Our client's 28 year old wife was put into a coma, due to
complications after childbirth. Went to arbitration,
where our firm settled the case for $1.9 million.

Martin v. San Gorgonio
Our client was a 32 year old pizza delivery man, who developed
a spinal abscess. Defendants failed to diagnose or treat the
condition, producing incomplete paraplegia.
